Safeguarding

Behaviour and Pastoral Support

We set high expectations for behaviour, underpinned by clear routines, positive relationships and mutual respect.

  • Consistent behaviour approaches across the school

  • Recognition and celebration of positive behaviour

  • Early intervention and support where needed

Pastoral care is central to our work. Staff know children well and provide support for emotional wellbeing, inclusion and personal development.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. We have robust procedures in place to ensure children feel safe, supported and listened to. All staff are trained in safeguarding and child protection.

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads are:

  • Mrs Claire Bold Deputy Headteacher / SEN Manager
  • Miss Sara Gordon, SEN Assistant Manager

Policies are reviewed regularly and available below.
